My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were not the most soundproof, and cleanliness was just okay. Unfortunately, I faced issues with hot water during my visit. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, some services were lacking, and the hotel could use some improvements in housekeeping. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but there were a few disappointments regarding the services provided. Dining options were not the best, and there were some unexpected charges. Overall, there were both positive and negative aspects worth considering for future stays.
Starting from the moment they met me at my car to take my bags and park my car, the hotel provided a welcoming experience. The rooms were nice and clean, although could have been cleaner with only 2 towels in the bathroom, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The service was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, surrounded by various restaurant choices and close to the convention center. The dining experience was really nice with a good selection, especially with the pancake platter at Fat Rooster.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Indianapolis children's museum and connected to a shopping mall via a skywalk, making it a perfect spot for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a nice view and ample space for two guests. The service provided is exceptional and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining options are limited, leaving room for improvement. Nonetheless, the overall value for money is satisfactory.
